Under the Grandfathering Provision

The Application for Certification Under the Grandfathering Provision is available below as a pdf file or an interactive fill-in form. To ensure no delays in the processing of your application, please complete all applicable sections of the form, including personal and business mailing addresses and email addresses, and percentage of work related to internal controls. Hard copies of Applications can be printed out, signed, and mailed to the Nominations Committee. You can also automatically send by e-mail the Interactive Version of the Application directly to TheIIC. Payment in US dollars payable on a US bank must be included with the application. Purchase Orders are accepted.

COURIER SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT OF CERTIFICATES OUTSIDE U.S.

Mailings of CICA and CCS certificates in the U.S. are via US Postal Service Priority Mail which typically is 2-3 days and is tracked. Although we also use USPS Priority Mail outside of the US, there is no tracking. We have found that the promised 10 day delivery is subject to country conditions and that service in certain areas such as the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia may take as much as 60 days. Also, we have experienced a high rate of non delivery of certificates in these areas. Alternatively, we can provide courier service to any country outside of the U.S. Courier service provides tracking and guaranteed delivery within one week; however, this service is expensive and the cost prohibitive for general purposes by TheIIC. Members can ask for courier service on an individual basis by paying the cost of the courier service. Members should email info@theiic.org for an estimate of the cost of using courier service.
